Welcome to the beta version of our product (“Product”), developed by Dreamsleep Healthcare Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between Dreamsleep Healthcare Private Limited and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”), governing your access to and use of the Product.

Our Product is designed to offer advanced features such as sleep tracking, temperature regulation, and personalized sleep analytics. Please note that this Product is currently in beta.

• Beta Status: The Product is provided in its beta phase and is still undergoing active development. As such, certain features may be unstable, incomplete, or subject to change without prior notice.
• No Guarantee of Features: We do not guarantee that the Product will operate in full accordance with the descriptions provided, nor do we ensure that it will meet all of your expectations. All functionalities are offered on an “as is” basis without any warranty as to performance, reliability, or availability.
• User Discretion: By using the Product, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with beta software. You agree that your use of the Product is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

4. Use of the Product

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to use the Product and enter into a binding agreement.
• Account Responsibilities: If you register for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and any activities that occur under your account.
• License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Dreamsleep Healthcare Private Limited grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Product solely for its intended purposes.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Basis: The Product is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Beta Product Disclaimer: Because the Product is in beta:

  • Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
  • Users should not rely on any particular feature or performance standard.
• Risk Acknowledgment: Your use of the Product is entirely at your own risk. Dreamsleep Healthcare Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Product.
• No Warranty of Availability: We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability, performance, or accuracy of any of the Product’s features.
